A bra is designed to support and shape the female breast. This also applies to a breast lift with an internal bra. The same effect is achieved here: beautiful, firm and full breasts. Breast surgery with an inner bra is a modern method with long-term results. A breast lift with an internal bra can preserve the volume of your own breasts, remove some skin in the lower part of the breast and remodel the breast as a whole. A specially stitched area in the lower part of the breast is then used as an internal bra to stabilise the breasts internally.
Below we show you the advantages and disadvantages of breast surgery with an inner bra. In addition, we will advise you personally in a non-binding consultation, also via video.
WHAT DOES " internal bra" MEAN?
In a breast lift with an inner bra, part of the lower dermis is used as an inner support for the breast. This is where the name "internal bra" comes from. The skin is completely removed from the mammary gland and the mammary gland is effectively moved upwards towards the décolleté. This creates a more sensual cleavage and a firmer breast shape. The lower breast tissue is modelled into a "stabilising cup". This inner bra then ensures a permanently full and firm breast. Breast asymmetries can also be corrected or a breast reduction performed if the breasts are too large. For a more pronounced reduction in volume, we recommend our modified Elisabeth Hall-Findlay breast reduction technique.
Breast lifts and reductions of the female breast without the special inner bra technique tend to cause the remaining breast tissue to sag again over the years and the breast to "sag". The inner bra technique can counteract this sagging and achieve a long-term stable result.
For further information, please see the bottom of the page. This is where the advantages and disadvantages of the procedures are presented and the risks and side effects are explained. However, this cannot replace a personal consultation (also via video), in which these aspects are explained and adapted individually. We therefore look forward to a personal consultation with you!
