Step 1: Penis lengthening and activation of blood circulation

The first step combines penis lengthening, Penitox® treatment, and the P-Shot®:

Penis lengthening: The penis is lengthened by approx. 3–4 cm by severing the medial ligament. The operation takes about 1 hour and is performed under short anesthesia. Penitox®: Special active ingredients are injected to activate the blood vessels and promote the formation of new vessels.
P-Shot®: Autologous blood plasma is injected into the penis to regenerate the erectile tissue, improve blood flow, and increase erectile function.

Step 2: Optimizing erectile function and stability

After about 4 weeks, an intermediate step follows to further improve the functionality of the penis:

Second P-Shot® treatment
Possibly low-intensity shockwave therapy (LISWT): stimulation of the erectile tissue using shock waves
Possibly medication support if needed

This step maximizes the stability and hardness of the erection and secures the results of the previous treatment.

Step 3: Penis thickening

The final step focuses on the thickness of the penis:

Autologous fat injection: Fat from the abdominal region is processed and injected in precise layers to evenly thicken the shaft and, if necessary, the glans.

What to expect

Details

A three-step procedure will be planned with you, which will follow a fixed plan. As described above, the first step is a penis enlargement in combination with an erection optimization. Four weeks after this surgery, the second P-Shot® is performed to further optimize the erectile function, if necessary in combination with other erection-enhancing therapies. Another four weeks later, the final step of penis thickening is performed with further optimization of the erection strength.

After treatment

During the PHALLOMAX® treatment, you will be dealing with various aspects of optimal follow-up treatment. It is important to know that you do not have to plan for longer periods of absence for lighter professional activities, such as office work. Sport must be paused for a certain period of time (depending on the type of sport) and some special activities such as going to the sauna or swimming in cold water must be coordinated with the treatment. You will receive sufficient and comprehensive information on this during the consultation and treatment.

Costs

The prices of a penis enlargement from different providers in Germany and abroad vary depending on the treatment step:

• Penis lengthening and erection improvement: 10,000–15,000 euros
• Penis thickening: 5,000 euros
• Total cost: approx. 15,000–20,000 euros

The costs of the entire treatment concept at the Praxisklinik am Rosengarten are, of course, calculated exactly and individually as soon as you have had your consultation with our doctors, but they are in the range of approx. 18,500 euros. In any case, you will receive a comprehensive offer that includes the anesthetics, your stay with us, the surgical costs, and all other costs.
